Nim Osborne is a long-time resident of Canberra and Queanbeyan who has worked in the community as a volunteer with various organisations and as a community radio broadcaster since 1997. Nim was previously a well-known restaurateur in Deakin and has been teaching Thai cuisine for many years. Since retiring from the public service after 25 years, Nim obtained a diploma qualification in remedial massage and specialises in lower bank-sciatica problems and oncology massage therapy.
Nim also works within the real estate industry and wants to bring to the valley her knowledge and experience in Thai cooking, health and real estate helping listeners better understand these industries.
